Spaceborne parabolic antenna is a satellite antenna of various types, owing to its strong directional high gain, easy beam automatic scanning and other features, onboard parabolic antenna has become a new direction of development of spaceborne antenna. In recent years at home and abroad for spaceborne cylindrical antenna made some preliminary studies, we have made a number of molding methods onboard parabolic antenna reflector surface. But the presence of a preformed complex structure and the regulatory agencies, will bring some folding deployment mechanism, structural reliability issues.To solve the above problem, this paper established a new parabolic shell molding process by forcing both ends of bent sheet isotropic parabolic shell.
