HFSWR with the traditional means of detecting has unparalleled advantages in terms of monitoring the sea of information. As human development of marine increasingly urgent demand, the traditional means of monitoring the ocean has not kept pace people. Such as a new means of satellite remote sensing, aerial remote sensing and high frequency radar constantly raised. Advantages HFSWR monitoring of marine information is realtime, regardless of the weather. Now in some areas high-frequency radar has been used in weather forecasting, ocean currents and other aspects of monitoring and disaster relief. In HFSWR extracting sea state information, the paper mainly inverts surface wind speed and direction inversion in two ways.Winds on the inversion method use two algorithms. Firstly, based on Barrick classic inversion theory, improved SMB algorithms are used to solve the problem of the large errors from calculating peak frequency. Secondly, a new proposed theory based on the propagation attenuation is used to the tracking attenuation curve for inverting sea surface wind speed. Compared to traditional inversion algorithm, SMB model both in the scope or accuracy of the inversion we have a distinct advantage. The peak frequency waves that the algorithm is very sensitive to errors can affect the accuracy of the results. In this paper, the relationship between wind speed and obtained by the PM peak frequency spectrum. On behalf of the SMB model, this paper gets a new inversion algorithm. Inversion results of simulation data and experimental data shows that the method is effective to solve the above problems, and have higher accuracy. Traditional inversion algorithms are sea echo clutter spectrum processed to extract sea state information, which is capable of inversion state Clutter Spectrum sea. In fact the electromagnetic wave propagation in the sea, it is also influenced by the sea breeze. Through the study we found that wind speed affect the propagation of electromagnetic waves by the changes of normalized surface impedance. Quantitative relationship between wind speed and the propagation attenuation is given. Theoretically this paper proved the feasibility of this method for inversion of the sea of information. Through the actual track decay curve inverting the wind speed, the results show that this method can be used to retrieve the wind speed, but accuracy to be improved. For the inversion in the wind, solving the single base HFSWR wind blurring is the focus problem. The least squares method is used to retrieve the wind and eliminate the wind blur. This method stems from HFSWR inversion algorithm. Through the improvement, by way of radar illumination region adjacent unit joint calculation, the algorithms are used successfully in a single high-frequency radar base. By analyzing and comparing the simulation data with the experimental data this paper proves proof and effectiveness of this model. From the inversion results, the higher stability of the model.
