With the development of the society, more and more big data and complexity affairs are in front of people, the traditional artificial deliberation now have been unable to adapt the development speed of modern problem and complexity. With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology, its advantage of dealing with Big data and solving problems of geographical let people see the are the best solutions to such problems.But various kinds of deliberation system will produce large amount of data, so the simple literal expression cannot meet the actual needs. Data visualization technology could transform all sorts of multifarious data into visual images and graphic images. Only in this way the participants could have a better understanding of the data meaning and data mining’s potential significance.The main work of this paper is: first, this paper analyses and summarizes the curren t popular visualization techniques and some frequently- used visual development tools, studying in-depth of a number of commonly used layout algorithms in the hierarchical i nformation structure visualization. Second, adopting node link method of the orthogonal layout algorithm, it designs and develops a tree component tree V.js package with the ha bits of people’s daily visual on the base of D3 visualization tools. This assembly uses cir cles to show information node, uses the Bezier curve to express the logical relationship between nodes, uses the most beautiful tree algorithm of Reingold-Tilfold to adjust the distance between nodes, making the node layout to achieve the best effect. Third, the tre e V.js package is applied to the research system which based on web, meanwhile the pap er develops the argumentation information visualization module, realizes the front end o f the asynchronous invocation, and server of original research information data assembl y.Finally, in the research system, the visualization effect of tree V.js package is verifie d by a specific example, and compared the visual effect with other similar visualization tools.The practical application shows that this visualization module is more suitable for visualization of research information than other visualization tools, and has a reasonabl e space layout and a clear sense of data hierarchy.
