Nowadays avionics system of the civil aircraft is more and more integrated and cross- link is more and more complicated. Avionics system starts from distribution, then goes through combination and finally becomes IMA(Integrated Modular Avionics). Meanwhile, technologies of avionics system are developing rapidly and highly integrated design requires are continuo usly refining. S o this gives us a new challenge for testing. Also the complexity of avionics system is keeping increasing,thus it is a problem which needs to be solve immediately that how to guarantee the reliability and security of the avionics system testing and how to improve portability, reusability a nd e xtensibility of avionics system.Now domestic large aircraft is in a detailed design phase. As a system integrator, host company needs to undertake testing tasks of system integration. It means that host company needs to integrate all of the avionics system and its subsystems and applys them to test. At present there are thousands of signa l buses, tens of thousands of signal interaction in avionics system. And in the testing phase of avionics system, transmission and logicality of each signal needs to be verified one by one. Therefore, a powerful test platform needs to be built to complete the task.In order to meet these requirements, this article analyzes requirements of dynamic test system, gives a design scheme of this system for domestic large aircraft. Based on this scheme, all of system hardware and software need to be designed, integrated, debugged and installed a nd take APU system as an example for system testing.Firstly, this article describes the present situation of testing technologies in avionics system at home and abroad. Meanwhile it compares the domestic testing technologies with the abroad ones and reviews the history of domestic testing technologies. It shows that in avionics system the current test technology is static testing and data of static testing is generally discrete signals and the changes of these signals can only be shown on one axis. But the signals for do mestic aircraft are mutually cross- linking and inter-dependent. Also on the analysis of different kinds of data, different kinds of data need to be shown on time axis at the same time. In order to fulfill this de mand, a set of dynamic testing platform needs to be developed.Secondly, this article analyzes the requirements of dynamic testing technologies in current aircraft avionics system proposes a solution for constitution of hardware and software which is based on an architecture of dyna mic test system in a distributed network. This solution uses a PID control loop which is design by Lab VIEW RT and its running speed can be increased to 13 us. This design ensures real-time of the avionics system.Then this article defines the main functions and composition of the software and hardware architecture and describes hierarchical system design, hardware design, core technology and its solution in de tails. What’s more, an analys is has been take n which is for system maintenance and testing.Finally, according to the technical requirements, an avionics system testing platform has been designed and set up. Also a detailed description has been give n and it is used to show the process of design and use of this platfor m.
