Real-time simulation is one indispensable part of the system designing and development. Emergence of traditional simulation softwares improve the quality and efficiency of product development, yet most of them apply only to certain areas, if you want to achieve multi-domain modeling and simulation of the overall system, you need the help of other areas of professional simulation software. And it is difficult for simulation softwares to interact with each other. So it is hardly to meet the needs of complex systems research in many fields. The rise of Modelica language makes a convenient for the large-scale, time-varying multi-domain modeling of complex systems. As a multi-domain system simulation modeling language, Modelica has broad prospects for development. It is a complex engineering system design of a new generation of CAE technology, and has become the standard for engineering system of physical modeling. By the law of conservation of energy converters, it is able to communicate between different areas of the model. From the view of new energy, with the energy of the Internet architecture-information about the physical system CPS as the breakthrough point, this paper researched on the key technology of real-time simulation based on Modelica. Firstly briefly analyze the main characteristic of unified modeling language Modelica, introducing simulation software based on Modelica modeling; Second set up a solar house model base, and build solar house system model, and realize the joint with Simulink simulation under xPC target real-time simulation, the simulation results show that the controller uses photovoltaic systems to adjust the indoor temperature, at the same time proved the model library generality and practicability. Model base lays the foundation for the energy Internet of modeling and simulation work.
