IT is applied to enhance the management analysis of online public opinion in order to realize the establishment of public opinion early-warning and monitoring system, which is high efficient, rapid and comprehensive. The monitoring on the online public opinion could promote us to further understand the current trend of public opinion more rapidly, and guide the public opinion. We shall guide the public opinion to develop healthily by setting the right plans and adopting the efficient methods. Conducted further analysis on the outline of system’s functions, and the functions including collecting the public opinion, searching, analyzing and interfering, as well as the key technology adopted in the system development, and then summarized the requirements of system performance.3. According to the requirements of system design, conducted the further analysis and expounding on the key technologies needed by the designing of online BBS and public opinion monitoring system based on J2 EE.4. Designed and realized the database of system, and described the functions of system in detail including the unifying application platform, design of main modules of system, system management, collection of public opinion as well as its analysis and management.5. Realized the detailed function modules of system and tested the system aiming at the developing environment of online BBS and public opinion monitoring system based on J2 EE and the simple description of the key technologies.
