Research And Design Of Rule Engine System For The Tax Check System

With the development of information technology, the information construction of Chinese tax department has been a new phase. More technology, more business, more complex flow, harder development and system maintain have been the new challenge for the Tax Check System.The Rule Engine is a new popular AI technology in recent years. It can afford the method of definition and configuration for business rules. It depart the logic and software, which is what we need in Tex Check System. In this thesis, we research and design a rule engine system for the Tex Check System, afford a new way to deal with the real work. The thesis include the following parts of contents:1.With the consideration of the Tex Check System, we introduce and analyze the rule, expert system, matching network and the algorithm and show that the rule engine is suit for the Tex Check System.2.For the core algorithm of rule engine, Rete matching algorithm, we analyze it and then develop it by add the mechanism of node indexing and rule buffer.3.Research and design the rule engine system for the Tex Check System by designing the software architecture, running architecture, data structure and runtime design.4.We test the improved Rete algorithm and find that it is much more efficient in the use of time and space resources and is suit for the complex system such as the Tex Check System. Then we test the rule engine by a example, and it shows that our system is correct and useful.The system based on the design proposal is deployed on the datacenter, and has achieved good results. And this design proposal can be referred significatively in large data center in other departments.
