Design And Implementation Of The Provincial Invoice Management System Based On Mvc Framework

The design goal of provincial invoice management system is to consolidate the traditional local invoice information and management work which distributed among cities into one unified platform, in which human works of invoice distribution, collection, checking will be freed, also delay and management overhead will be improved. What challenges for this realization are presented as how to collect the invoice data storage, communication etc.In this paper, a scheme based on the framework of MVC model is proposed, in which invoice business logic, user interface view, and invoice business control are included. The research work of this thesis mainly include as following:1) Design of the system architecture: For the aim of system management and maintenance, a three-tiered framework based on the techniques of MVC framework, Oracle DBMS, General Data Model are proposed.2) Implementation and integration of the system: a central unified platform will be built based on the MVC framework and Java EE to implement the invoice management system, the general data model, view, and the control in this three layer framework.3) Sharing and opening of information over the province is implemented. Centralized data storage and unified platform make the sharing of information possible.The scheme proposed in the thesis and its implementation in the real application improve the information process in local tax beau in Hunan province. It realize the current processes: automatic distribution and checking of invoice, easy maintenance and updating of whole system, realization of information sharing overall the province.
