| In recent years, with the development of high voltage transmission network represented by EHV construction, most areas of our country have been improved, however, smart grid applications such as distributed energy,electric vehicles, energy storage make the distribution network will become the new focus of power grid construction in next ten years.Meanwhile, the construction of communication network of utility in China began extending from the High voltage grid to the middle voltage,along with the city reconstruction. optical fiber deployment brings high cost and threshold for meeting high reliability requirements, safety, real-time, so in many cases, public wireless like GPRS has been widely used as an alternative solution. After the initial construction boom, the industry began to reconsider how to balance practical and forward-looking, and powerline communication technology has been reproposed.Firstly, Background and development of Broadband powerline communication technology are briefly introduced, from the aspect of tructural defects of existing distribution communiation network application demandand broadband powerline technology characteristics, the conclusion about applicability and technical principles of its use in the distribution network is given detailly.Secondly, because the distribution network has specified strucuture compared to high voltage transmission network, this thesis on one hand generate suitable BPL networking model based on basic model of MV network and typical structure of distribution network for chinese market, on the other hand method of measurement and its experience is given and verified and optimized through a practical engineering project.Finally on the base of research of the engineering of BPL, a network management system is introduced, its logical and physical architecture and fuctionality is designed to realize the automatic operation analysis and management of BPL network, the it makes BPL operate and mainten more easier and efficient. |
