Water as the source of life, with increasing pollution, the water quality monitoring analysis is imminent. And our country in lakes, rivers, reservoirs and other water environment monitoring scope and strength needs to be improved. Therefore, research on networked multi-parameter water quality monitoring system, no matter in theory or in engineering application, has a very important research value, this paper is devoted to the system data terminal key technology research.Water environment monitoring video image is also the importance of water quality monitoring data, aiming at the complexity and diversity of the water environment monitoring scene, focuses on the background modeling technology, implements the average background model and mean shift, gaussian mixture background model, nonparametric background model and background modeling algorithm based on code this background model, has carried on the analysis and the comparative experiments, it is concluded that the background model based on code this more suitable for the water environment monitoring scenarios, and more sensitive to the change of illumination in the model that is improved, the prospects of the improved model is verified by the experimental detection has certain inhibitory effect on light and disturbance.Based on image feature extraction and matching the color, the color histogram of the extraction of Gary, RGB, HSV space, and histogram matching algorithm related, chi-square, intersection, Bhattacharyya, EMD comparing experiment under the Gary color space by using histogram correlation with Bhattacharyya, more recognition of the water environment monitoring; Also studied based on template matching, through the above three kinds of color space, and difference of Squares, correlation, correlation coefficient, and the normalized matching method of comparative experiments, it is concluded that under the HSV color space, the correlation coefficient matching method can accurately identify the surface floater and its relative position.According to system requirement analysis, the use of.NET development platform, C# as development language, database SQL Sever build system combining EmguCV image processing library, carried on the detailed application design to the system, realize the basic information of the monitoring sites to add in the monitoring network, storage, and delete functions, query, analysis of the front-end monitoring data of water quality parameters of function, and analyze the water environment monitoring video image processing functions of interface implementation, provides users with convenient, fast and safe human-computer interaction system.
