Charge Pump boost chip who has the advantages of high integration, simple auxiliary circuit, low costs, high efficiency, is widely used in electronic products. Paper based on comprehensive research and analysis of the existing charge pump, aimed at the shortcomings of traditional charge pump, proposed three kinds of charge pump circuits.Firstly, functional requirements and design specifications of the circuit wre proposed in the paper, and then completed the overall design of the circuit.After that, every module circuit design detail was completed around the functionality and design specifications. By Cadence simulation tools were used for the charge pump and the respective peripheral circuit performance simulation and analysis, ensuring the charge pump circuit meet the design specifications. SMIC 0.18μm processe was used for the circuit to complete layout design and verification,After simulation further verified the circuit design.Simulation results show that the function of the circuit designed work properly, fully meet the design specifications. The charge pump circuit has the advantage of high voltage gain, low power consumption, high efficiency, small ripple voltage, high load capacity, etc.The results have strong theoretical significance and practical value.The main work in the paper:(1) A Dickson charge pump circuit structure design with dynamic gate and substrate bias control was completed in the paper;(2) A Cross Couple charge pump circuit with dynamic gate and substrate bias control was completed in the paper;(3) A Cross Couple charge pump circuit structure design with improved dynamic gate and substrate bias control was completed in the paper;(4) Based on the designed charge pump circuit, designed the Charge Pump voltage regulator system with PFM modulation and switch capacitor methods, the system includes a charge pump, a voltage controlled oscillator(VCO), a non-overlapping clock generation circuit, comparator, bandgap reference circuit, etc.;The features of the charge pump circuit are showing as follows:Input voltage range: 0.7–2.5VVoltage gain: >4 Power :<1.5mW; Output ripple voltage: <±10mV Efficiency: >65% Output current: >100μA Frequency: <20MHz...
