With the development of electronic technology, the electromagnetic environment has become increasingly complex. When the electromagnetic radiation around is more than quantitative, thermal effect and accumulation of electromagnetic radiation is harmful to human.Electromagnetic radiation issues in daily life have become increasingly prominent.Through combination of audio interface communication and intelligent terminal, this paper designs a electromagnetic radiometer based on frequency- independent antenna as the sensor. This radiometer can display the electromagnetic radiation values of the surrounding environment b y the intelligent terminal devices. The major work and innovating of the article is:(1)By analysis of the structure and theory of frequency- independent antenna and broadband balun,this paper designs planar spiral antenna at 0.6GHz-5GHz and two-sided microstrip balun.(2)Through analysis of the feasibility and principle of dual antenna method, planar spiral antenna factor is measured by the dual antenna method.(3)The overall structure and the communication protocol of the audio interface communication technology are analyzed,and this paper designs the microprocessor module of audio interface and peripheral communication.(4)The produced radiometer,calibration device and calibration methods are described by processing antenna,electromagnetic conversio n circuit and audio interface communication module on a circuit board. After verifying the accuracy of measurement data of radiometer on the electromagnetic lab, obtained results can meet the requirement of engineering application.
