Trust is the foundation to establish the social relationships, and it is also the basic tool to build the social order. In social economic activities, trust is the emollient of transactions, and it can simplify the trading mechanism, reduce opportunist behavior and transaction costs, and it can also save social capital and promote the cooperation of all parties. In Electronic Commerce, trust is the premise that the transaction can occur. Meanwhile, for the anonymity and dynamic characteristics, the trust problems are more significant and complex for Electronic Commerce. Whether these trust problems can be solved will directly affect the further development of Electronic Commerce.How to solve the trust management problems in Electronic Commerce is a complicated project, and it involvess the law environment and security technology .etc. Trust environment of Electronic Commerce have to be constructed from two sides of social environment and technology. First is the technology, which including identity authentication,trust path processing,trust degree evaluation .etc. Second is the social environment, which including the laws of Electronic Commerce and the credit consciousness of citizens. And the first one is our research emphasis.We introduce the trust management model which combining credential-based and evidence-based into Electronic Commerce. This paper researches on the trust management of Electronic Commerce from the technology aspect and takes the trust management process as its main clue. Firstly we describe the connotations of credit,trust,trust model and trust management model, and contrast the existing trust problems and the present trust management situation in the Electronic Commerce models of B2B,B2C, B2G and C2C, and then introduce the trust management model combining credential-based and evidence-based into Electronic Commerce. Secondly we discuss how to establish trust relationship in the virtual network application environment such as Electronic Commerce, and we analysis the advantage and disadvantage of the identity authentication based on the public key certification and on the biometric, then introduce the authentication mode which combining certification-based and biometric -based into Electronic Commerce to solve the problem of identity authentication. Thirdly we analysis the two important property, trust degree and length, of the trust path, and come to the conclusion that certification path construction problem belongs to path sweeping problems under multiple condition, that is to seek the shortest-Widest path. And for the large complex topological graph of trust relationship in the real application, we put forward trust path discovery model based on the "self-ruled domain". Fourthly, based on previous research, this paper proposes the trust degree evaluation model combined with a large amount of important factors such as previous trust degree,recommendation trust degree,transaction value,the time finished the deal .etc. Lastly, we make a summary for this paper and put forward the further research work.
