Study On The Strategies Of EVDO Data Service Optimization

China telecommunication industry has stepped into 4G era.Commercial 4G network cannot satisfy customers’ needs in many aspects like signal coverage and network quality,although its rate is faster and fees are lower.As a result,advantages of EVDO cannot be neglected.This thesis analyzes optimization of EVDO data service in the following aspects.First of all,it introduces background and meaning of this project by narrating the basic theory of CDMA2000 and EVDO; secondly,it discusses the optimization theories of CDMA2000 and EVDO wireless network.Last but not the least,this thesis focuses on the data service by analyzing strategies of rate,connecting and call dropping optimization with a large quantity of test analysis and data statistics.This thesis will be beneficial to EVDO data service optimization of other cities as it prove of optimization strategies practically.Consequently,the quality of data service will be improved.
