Gansu Mobile In Tianshui Area Data Metropolitan Area Network Optimization Research

Industry restructuring made the typical operators compete in the scope of all business operations, operations of full-services take the business integration as the breakthrough point, and actively promote the development of network integrations as well as multi services and information services.Services integration and network integration are the two key points. Network integration is the ultimate goal of the development of the telecom operator’s network under the background of full-services operations, and is the foundation of supporting the integrated services. Data service, provided by all telecom operators is the core competition of integrated services, which is determined by cyber resources.Therefore, the development of metropolitan data network is the focus of telecommunication operators when they develop the full-services.Presently, the cyber sources of telecommunication operators are different. The traditional mobile operators(China Mobile) has the advantages of its wide wireless network coverage, maturity and scale development of mobile business.But the market sharing of cable fixed network business is weakness of China Mobile.The advantages of the traditional fixed network operators lies in its customer resources and the access of the fixed broadband network in the last mile,but their wireless network reserves are relatively weak. Obviously, the traditional mobile communication operators need to strengthen the construction of data broadband access network under the background of full-services operation.This paper bases on author’s practices of the construction of metropolitan data network in China mobile tianshui branch company,and studies the planning and optimization schemes about the construction of metropolitan data network of traditional mobile communication operators under the background of full-services operation. The main contributions of this paper include the following four points.First of all,forecast the demands of data access network of mobile communication operators.Secondly,compare and analyze the typical construction modes of data access network.Thirdly, make several suggestions on the optimization of the core layer,the aggregation layer and the access layer of metropolitan data network based on the forecasting of the development scale of tianshui branch company’s full-services in the 3 or 5 years,which takes the connection standards,the access modes,the device types,the forming principles,the network architectures and the practical situation and engineering mode of tianshui branch company into consideration.In the end, the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is evaluated, and the conclusion is given.
