Under the background of energy saving and emission reduction advocated by the state who initiates green science and technology, the development of wireless communication technology is becoming more and more energy economical, green and intelligent. This thesis focuses on short distance wireless communication field, and puts forward a new type of wireless calling system, with a maintenance-free power supply. Differentiated from the traditional wireless solution, the characteristics of the passive wireless communication system is that the energy harvesting technology can be integrated with the wireless technology, and it no longer relies on batteries. This thesis first puts forward the theoretical basis of this system——EnOcean wireless standard protocol ESP3.0. It is a low-speed, long-distance, low-power wireless technology developed on the basis of energy harvesting technology, which is more and more widely used. Taking the advantage of characteristics of ESP3.0, this thesis develops a passive wireless transceiver system. Operating on 868 MHz frequency band provided freely in china, this system consists of some critical modules, including energy collection, matching circuit, transmitter, receiver, terminal serial communication, data processing, software design. This thesis expounds the design of each module in detail by chapters. Finally, performance test and power test are done in order to satisfy the design index. It is hoped that through in-depth research, a wider range of products could be developed and further the development of energy harvesting and wireless technology. The wireless communication technology based on energy harvesting will be applied to every aspect of life to better serve the humans.
