The electronic health records have gradually substitute for the traditional paper records over time. Owing to the characteristics of bigger storage, resource-light, convenient inquires, better sharing and the improvement on the diagnosis and treatment efficiency, it has been developing rapidly and broadly between different hospitals. But there are some limitations. To meet requirements of EHRs security sharing in the cloud computing conditions, this paper presents an access control framework for composite EHRs under the cloud computing environment. We propose and construct composite EHRs based on multi-CDAs’logical relationship. On the basis of attribute-based multilevel access control policy, we realize the security management of composite EHRs. By using the XML Web service, which based on the XML XLINK technology, we achieve the goal of downloading and checking composite EHRs. Compared with existing schemes, our project is much more suitable for EHRs security sharing in the cloud computing conditions. The proposed framework is confined to the "doctor-know-best" pattern and lack of the user interaction. And with changes in the way of medical requirements, the limitation of a single information source Highlights day by day. It’s a urgent demand to integrate medical information outside of the hospital. As one of the core techniques of Web 2.0, Mashups are designed to increase user engagement and simplify the process of developing the on-demand applications for persons including experts and people without programming skills. Meanwhile, it can effectively combine internal and external information. It has a obvious advantage to integrate massive medical data based on Mashups. However, the quality of Mashup applications is variable depending on the designing level of different users. Also, with the raise of users and the growth demands, higher performance of the system is required. Consequently, it’s important to pre-process Mashup applications. To meet the above requirements, this paper presents an application framework for composition EHRs based on the Mashup. The framework can automatic refactor the logical model of Mashups. And in this way, the runtime efficiency is improved. Through the way of PMT-aware scheduling policy, we enhance the resource utilization. Compared with existing schemes, our project is much more suitable for the Mashup application created by normal persons.
