With the rapid development of the network and information technology, people’s work and lifestyle have a huge impact. When the convenient and fast are brought by the computer network, the security issue is more serious day by day. Because of technique factors and Man-made attacks, the security of network communication is confronted with serious challenges. The information can be deleted、replayed and tampered during its transmission, which causes a lot of troubles to people’s life and work. Not only digital signature technology has the authentication and non-repudiation, but also can ensure the integrity of the message, which is very important to protect the network. This dissertation describes the background, significance and the present research situation of the proxy blind signature. Several kinds of classic proxy blind signature schemes are studied., and the security of these schemes are analyzed in the dissertation. The existing proxy blind signature schemes are susceptible to the forgery attack and linkability attack. To solve these problems, an improved proxy blind signature scheme is put forward in the dissertation. The proxy signer’s private key is introduced in the blind signature stage, which is used for signing the blind message together with the agent private key. The original signer’s forgery attack was resisted by this improvement. At the same time, blind factors are strengthened in the process of the message blinding. The message blinding process can be improved by adding a new blind factor, which resist the proxy signer’s linkability attack.Based on the improved proxy signature scheme, a prototype system of electronic cash payment is designed and implement, which can verify the feasibility and validity of the improved proxy blind signature scheme.
