In the past, online recruitment and employment systems in schools, there are complex information of employers and graduates, the information is not timely and no credit guarantee factors exist, caused the employment resources into inequalities, unreasonable allocation. In order to improve the students’job hunting efficiency, the thesis references several outstanding university employment system at home and abroad, proposed a "needs-based parties, using two-way matching to simulate satisfaction of both sides " concept, design and implement a new system of graduate employment-Fast Lane Employment Platform In Fujian. In this process, the key point is how to make the computer describe satisfaction of both sides. Satisfaction is vague value, it needs knowledge of fuzzy mathematics. This thesis first doing quantitative analysis for both parties’information, then modeling with fuzzy mathematics, and finally successful use of the membership function diagram depicts the satisfaction of both parties, and introduced related function formula to calculate the satisfaction of both parties, successful use of the two-way matching function to complete the main function of the system. |
