In wireless sensor networks(WSNs), a large number of sensor nodes deployed within the target area to monitoring this area. In this area sensor nodes sensed data with strong correlation and redundancy, nodes sent those data back to the base station directly will waste a lot of energy and cause network congestion. Because of the very limited energy of sensor node and not easy to supplement, effective utilization constrained energy of each node is one of the challenges of WSNs. WSNs are characterized by data-centric, application orientation, resource constraints and multiple hops network etc. Those characters will determine that there are many differences between WSNs and traditional network, also make it face many challenges. This paper focuses on data routing algorithm and node localization algorithm of WSNs, mainly studies data aggregation routing algorithm and the non-range node localization algorithm.In WSNs, the key to using data aggregation technology prolong the network lifetime is balancing the energy consumption of nodes in the network and reducing network load. In this paper, based on analysis of existing data aggregation technology, combined with maximum reduce the network energy consumption and reduce congestion of network data, proposed a Virtual Force-based Energy efficient algorithm(VFE). The VFE combined cost field and virtual force. In the process of data aggregation, first assume that each node attracts its neighbors with a virtual force, virtual force attract the node to transmit data to neighbor nodes, then using gradient information provided by cost field, select the node with maximum virtual force along the cost field as the data aggregation, forwarding nodes.In many applications of WSNs, data information is closely related to the location of the data, without location information, node data of perception is also useless. Traditional GPS positioning system is faced with high energy consumption, high cost and easily affected by environmental problems. In this paper, based on WSNs restricted by factors such as cost, power consumption, volume, meet the positioning accuracy conditions and the algorithm should easy to implement, low power consumption and low complexity at the same time. This paper proposes a non-ranging TDV-Hop algorithm, TDV-Hop algorithm based on DV-Hop algorithm and improved average of every jump distance calculation, make the estimated distance between node and beacon node more close to the real value, even in a small number of beacon nodes can also have a good case location accuracy.In the end of this paper, combined TDV-Hop localization algorithm and VFE algorithm, reduced energy consumption of the distance between the nodes in VFE, prolong the lifetime of the network, make the network more reliable and efficient operation.
