Propelled by the wave of information, the informationization construction in various sectors have undergone substantial development in a certain extent. As the procuratorial organs to prevent and fight against economic crime, its pace of “Rely on science strengthen the procuratorial work”is speeding up. In order to adjust to the development of social informationization, improve the efficiency and qualify of Procuratorate, and tamp the basic work, the informationization construction of Procuratorate can’t be delay.Procuratorate belong to secret units, so it is significant to protect the security of confidential data. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the security of the internal network, it is important to design and develop a kind of information management system to achieve effective transmission and sharing of internal information, strengthen the communication between the procuratorial officers and so on. Not only does it realize the office automation, and save human and material resources, but it also can ensure the information’s timeliness and accuracy, improve the efficiency of the procuratorial organs and improve the social credibility.The thesis firstly illustrated the research background and significance of the Procuratorat information management system, and secondly analyzed the research status of the domestic and foreign procuratorial information. Thirdly, four types of Instant Messenger protocol and object-oriented automated testing were described in the paper. Fourthly, the concept characteristics and advantages of Junit together with the concept function and start mode of JMeter were mentioned. And then, it elaborated the Gatling and Selenium form the aspects of concepts and characteristics. A brief introduction of Scala were mentioned finally.Based on the theoretical foundation and technical analysis, the thesis analyzed the information management system of Zhongshan Procuratorate from the need of the officers users in the procuratorate system and system managers. It tried to analyze the functional modules of the system according to the use case requirements of the information management system. What’s more, it figured out the business process form the running processes of each modules, and analyzed the system’s feasibility from the economy, technology, operation and society.The design of Zhongshan procuratorate information management system mainly focused on four function modules starting with instant communication, schedule management information announcement and address book management. In accordance with the functional requirements, the database model and detailed database table were designed in the thesis.On the strength of JDK1.7 development environment, the information management system of Zhongshan Procuratorate using MyEclipe, was based on Java EE framework from presentation layer, business layer and data layer to develop the system. It provided the core of the key technical module to realize the system, and tested the system with performance and function testing by the theory of software testing in the end.
