Through analysis and research traditional universitiesin human resources managemen and combined with the current information needs of Chinese universities, the paper clear the prospect and management mode of Web technology in colleges and universities personnel management. By current development of domestic and foreign personnel information systems class research and analysis, combined with the actual needs of most traditional colleges and universities in our country, designed specifically for the personnel of a domestic universities integrated management information system.In the system development process, it using the current most popular B/S/S software development structure, in particular the system design and development process, the developer follows the standard development model of software engineering, and to carry out a detailed analysis of the system by UML tools and design work. System in the development of technology-based Java EE platform, in Struts2 + Hibernate3 + mainstream development framework on the basis of Spring, the use of pure object-oriented Java language development. In the system implementation process also incorporates a number of good, credible open source framework and functional components.Firstly, a clear development framework and integrated development approach College Personnel Management Information System; then to develop technology and software development systems development process theory used in the analysis and studies to determine the development tool system uses; again is personnel management on the basis of the structure of the system requirements analysis, the paper describes the system mainly through the database back-end database systems ER model; main functions of a detailed analysis of the needs of the work, a clear part of the system, functional framework, the ultimate goal and the future direction of development design, and gives the main data table shows the composition; the design of the system to achieve some papers on the design and implementation of major systems function modules were introduced one by one, including user management system and database management module, the system business functions aspects of sector management, detailed design position management, personnel records management, work attendance information management, compensation management and other major functional modules and implementation.Finally, unit testing and integration testing after the paper on the development of the system development process and completion of a brief introduction by the results of several test cases can be seen, the system basically achieved the initial functional requirements.
