With the development of computer technology , especially the network communication technology, various network applications appeared. How to manage the computer system running these applications have played an important part in the entire application. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce an innovative research method to implement the Platform-Independent Remote Desktop Access & Control System (In the content below ,we will call it PIRDACS) via Internet and provide an available means to solve this issue.In this paper,it illustrated the idea of PIRDACS,discussed the critic technology of the system and also designed an C/S system frame which is made up of server (Message Transmission Protocol) and client through the requirement analysis,the function definition and the running property analysis .For the server,it did a detailed design and coding and used UML to describe the modeling design of the server.In this system,users can access the remote computer GUI desktop visibly and controllably through the server computer.This system is a new direction about the development of computer controlling technology,now it is on its probing phase. This paper is start with the idea of PIRDACS and accomplished server part of the Message-based and Platform-Independent Remote Desktop Access & Control system.Finally,in this paper,it discussed the existing problems and defects.
