Pancreas is the second largest gland of the human body, both exocrine and endocrine organ. It located in the upper abdomen, surrounded by many important organs. Since the organizational environment of the pancreas is very complex, the structure of pancreas is the focus of medical imaging research. In recent years, with the people’s living standard improving, the incidence of pancreatic cancer is rising rapidly. Pancreatic cancer with both low radical resection rate and survival rate, has become one of the most common human killer in C hina. Surgical operation is the only one radical means of pancreatic cancer. To investigate the relationship between tumor and vessels before operation will be meaningful.CT is an important tool of medical imaging, and it is widely used in diagnosing the pancreatic cancer. C T has its unique advantages for pancreatic vessel invasion detection. Firstly, this paper will summarize and analyze the sensitivity and accuracy of CT diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and periampullary cancer in vascular invasion through meta-analysis methods, to get an accurate and objective meta-analysis result. After screening the Pub Med database using the key-word ‘Pancreatic Cancer and Vessel’, we received a total of 678 relevant papers, including 225 studies after the year 2008. After further screening, there are 29 relevant studies for the data integration and subgroup analysis. We meet a result that CT is a reliable tool with high diagnose accuracy and sensitivity in diagnose of pancreatic cancer and periampullary cancer in vessel invasion. On the other hand, the perfusion CT imaging as a diagnostic method of pancreatic blood supply function, although the use of contrast agents and the display is similar with CTA(CT angiography), but because of the small scanning area and long scanning period, it generally not used for three-dimensional reconstruction of vessels of the pancreas. Using pancreatic perfusion C T images for vascular reconstruction and display, is an extension of the application of pancreatic perfusion CT images in the vascular morphology display, is an innovative work. Later, this paper will introduce the general process of medical imaging divided into three parts: imaging interpolation, noise filter and imaging segmentation. Explore a suitable method for pancreatic vessel 3D reconstruction considering the characteristics of pancreatic perfusion CT,Finally, this paper will select two patients, using their pancreatic perfusion CT images for pancreatic 3D reconstruction. Get the 3D reconstruction results for discussing and analysis. The 3D reconstruction results for the arterial phase images has high degree of accuracy, some of the details of small blood vessels can be reconstructed. For the venous phase images, the result of vessel reconstruction is fine, but for poor image quality, some venous has poor continuity. The pancreatic perfusion CT images can be used for pancreatic vessel reconstruction.
