In nowadays clinical practices, angiography is an important and effective method for pathological changes detection of the coronary. While reconstructing 3-D structure of the coronary and displaying it will provide more powerful information for clinical diagnoses and therapy, which is still one of the hotspot problems in the field of medical image research recently. This paper also does some research in the 3D-reconstucting of coronary from two angiography images of different angles. We build a human coronary 3D model, and in additional, use this model to construct a series of characteristic views of coronary. Finally a method on how to label the coronary segments and use it for 3-D reconstruction is put forward.Utilizing one set of the body data of one man provided by the"American Visualization Plan", a coronary 3-D model is constructed from the slices of the heart. Then by analyzing the difference of the coronary in the midriff, we put forward the concept of angle between the left and right coronary, and then change the angle to show the universality of the model.On the other hand the paper also does some work on algorithms evaluating of 3-D reconstruction of coronary, and error analysis of some parameters which will effect the 3-D reconstruction. Through these work, we can select the parameters of the 3-D reconstruction more effectively.Based on the constructed model, project the model from different angles in the view field according to the theory of x-ray angiography. Then construct a series of coronary characteristic views by classifying the projections to different classes according to topology.This paper selects the tree structure to store the topology of the coronary (the center-line information of the coronary), and then recognizes the vessel segments by matching the coronary model projections and angiographs to instruct the 3-D reconstruction of the coronary.
