Student records management system is an indispensable part of an education unit, and is an important and complicated work, is a basic method for administrators to manage the students and to know about information. Application of the computer to manage student’s file has become an urgent requirement for people engaged in this line management. Student records management system has been essential to strengthen the student enrollment, the usual results and the school management work, it must have the ability to store information and rapidly to process huge information, can provide efficient query method for users. It has been the use of computer files of students to carry out dynamic management system is not very common, developed many function is not strong enough, such as system reliability, safety is poor, cannot provide multi condition query function.to carry out dynamic management on college students files is not very common, many function of developed system is not strong enough, such as system reliability, safetybeing poor, cannot provide query function of multi condition.Based on Internet and campus network, the students’ electronic file management system is developped with a simple and practical Windows environment IIS+ASP.NET+SQLserver combination, based on B/S mode, in order to realize the networked, dynamic, interactive, efficient file management. It includes user and user administrator effectively logging, the new user registration, finding a forgotten password, querying results, curriculum and student information, online messages and other functions. System achieve the separation of backstage management and the client from the security, easy maintenance and so on, with the application of object-oriented development tools, the system application prototype is established in a short time, then, the initial prototype system of the user needs is iterated, the user needs constantly are revised and improved until the formation of system of customer satisfaction.During the system test, several important test are carried out, which involves the software integrated testing, each function module testing etc. Specifically the system login, information input for testing, the test results show that students can successfully modify the basic information of their archives, archives administrators can modify a user profile. Which is consistent with the system design and functional requirements. through system debugging and unit testing, the system meets the design requirement, the function of the software is complete, the user interface is friendly, f the error messages is prompted correctly or inputting non normal data, and the normal operation of the system can be guaranteed.At present, the student records management system has been built, which have become an important means of students’ archives management in university. Student records management system based on ASP.NET development mode, with the practical application test and the initial operation, is proved that it create a mode of data storage and modern automation for the development of university students file management.
