Microwave energy is widely used in the domestic and industrial 7, microwave heating method is to generate the volume inside the body, with its high-efficiency heating, security and rapid development of a new method of heating. Temperature is a very important indicator to measure the energy efficiency of heating, so the microwave heating system for the design and development of temperature control system has a very good prospect to meet industrial production and living with constant temperature heating microwave field and laboratory research and other areas of need constant temperature heating.This article based on DSP DM6437 design a temperature control systems for microwave heating system, introduces the structure, image processing and recognition algorithms principle of the system, the working process of the system, the hardware circuit, experimental platform to build based on the system and experimental section. Compared with the traditional temperature control system, the system stability, good anti-interference ability to achieve temperature measurements of the microwave field Contactless rapid response and microwave heating system for real-time control and so on. The main content of the work is as follows:1.On the basis of research on microwave heating system, heated power microwave source and microwave transmission system is described in detail. Compare a variety of microwave field temperature measurement method and compares the advantages and disadvantages. Detailed instruction temperature indicating container and its applications in the temperature measurement in microwave field and microwave heating temperature automatic control system.2.Bansed on A detailed understanding of the reversible temperature changing coating to design a temperature indicating container, the container used in the microwave field for temperature measurement of objects heating, the method of temperature measurement of objects in the microwave field and non-contact no effect on the microwave field, the microwave test system basically no interference, the temperature of the object can be heated by the accuracy of the test.3.Completed the hardware design for the main processor to the DSP DM6437 image processing system, and LM393 chip as the core of the control circuit for controlling the microwave energy section of the design. Temperature indicating container can transform the temperature of the object into an image signal, a camera collection and transmission to the core DSP system for processing and identification data, while the image recognition result is converted to an electric signal by conversion of the control circuit of the microwave heating system control. Control circuit using LM393 output voltage control relays, relays to control the use of microwave heating system.4.Complete the design of image processing and recognition algorithms as the core part of the design and debugging of software, DSP transform received image into a digital image, image processing algorithm completes the preprocessing includes grayscale image, binarization, erosion and dilation, and the divided region of interest, the final completion of the identification of the image, and based on the recognized, DSP judge thus generates an electric signal to the external control circuit to control the work of the microwave heating system.5.Based on the subject of microwave heating temperature control platform experiment completed the temperature control platform debugging, and the final test, while use platform to fermented yogurt, at the same time to the relevant departments for testing and with the national standard for comparison.
