In today’s ever-changing network era, computer information technology has been integrated into the various industries, such as finance, communication, electronics, medical, mechanical, automobile etc. Facing the information tide, the domestic education industry also needs to develop rapidly. So it’s very urgent and necessary to develop a remote system of education management system based on network. The function of the remote system of education management is to implement an online teaching and learning between teachers and students. It can be divided into five functional modules, including registered login module, teaching management module, teacher management module, reservation management module and system management module. Teacher can be registered and logged in the system for the teaching, implement one-to-one teaching, classification management, view points of view teachers and teachers’ qualification certification, etc; Students can register and login the system to learn, achieve student appointments, schedule check, etc.The system is based on B/S mode management information system, mainly use ASP.NET technology, the C# language development design, the use of Visual Studio2008 tools and SQL Server2008 database to realize integrated development. Based on the ASP.NET technology,the system breaks through the limitation of traditional teaching time and space because of its flexibility, security and resource sharing, and it is widely applied to modern educational technology system. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation and development of the remote system of education management, then the system studied the function of each module with the analysis method of software requirement. And through a set of remote education management system based on B/S architecture examples, illustrates the advantages of the teaching system. The distance education system can not only go through a variety of teaching forms, such as words, pictures and multimedia teaching fully mobilize factors(teachers, students, teaching management, etc.) involved in the heat, can also take the student as the center, in order to improve the personalized interactions between teachers and students as the means, to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the level of learning.The remote system of education management based on B/S architecture has adapted to the development needs of the new century through the teaching form diversity and the resources sharing. It will play a more and more important role in the era which promotes the comprehensive implementation of quality education.
