Ma’anshan Public Security Bureau video sharing system refers to the deploy ment of inside and outside the public security information communication networ k, video and pictures collection of public security comprehensive network and the In ternet, through the research analysis, transfer to the grassroots branch or the case han dling department, provide clues and evidence for the investigation of cases, the pla tform is build to solve the majority of mass video picture alarm without channels, p roblem no platform, so as to provide public security practical department investigatio n, steady work of the strong support, broaden the public security organs to crack do wn on various illegal and criminal information source.This paper fully studies the video images and video acquisition technology, data inside and outside the public security network information interactive technolog y, network security platform message communication technology, video code convers ion technology, on the basis of command and dispatch, the judge handling the cas e analysis of policing, combat work content and process, demand plan form system d evelopment, and designs a a sharing system of public security information communic ation network and the Internet platform based video, through the J2 EE, J2 ME, EJ B, Sql Server2005 and other computer technology to achieve the function of the sy stem’s implementation and deployment. The system provides users with mobile pho ne or the Internet computer implementation of transcoding, edit, upload an importa nt case of video and image collection of related functions, to provide video picture of the qualitative analysis to the message, SMS and station as the media of inform ation and transfer function for the analysis of personnel, after the case is closed, wit h video images using statistical and message feedback video picture upload functio n, it provides an important basis for the public security organs incentives have imp ortant clues and evidence of video images. In the system research and the design pr ocess, according to the public security network of internal and external information interaction of relevant provisions of the Ministry of public security, the introducti on of gap and other equipment, and through access to call its interface method, sol into interactive information security network and Internet, so as to realize the solvi ng technical problems for the design of the target system, and provides an important platform for the public security organs to use video, images and other media info rmation.
