For the rapid development of Chongqing Creation Vocational College, since the school is a private vocational schools in Chongqing, Personalized needs for school, it needs a information management system suited to the characteristics of the school.In this paper, according to the Chongqing Creation Vocational College digital campus construction, from the school’s actual situation of logistics management, combined with the school’s management needs, staff needs, students’ needs., as well as other aspects of school needs, the system is mainly used ASP programming language as a development, SQL Server 2000 database as a backend database, development model using B/S structure technology to develop an information management system. According to school supplies logistics management needs, design a total of five functional modules: basic information module, asset management module, material management module, energy management(students) module and housing management module, which is designed primarily asset management module, material management module and energy Management(students) module which three modules, through analysis and design, each module can achieve its function.The system has been implemented and completed, now take advantage of school campus internal network of The Chongqing Creation Vocational College, to build own software management server, and the administrator uses the browser login server for information management, through a test run at our college, it has taken good condition to achieve the basic management functions. The system has been carried out in the hospital test run, become a management subsystem of Chongqing Creation Vocation College, to better serve the digital management of the school. Realization of the system to reduce the workload of logistics management, improve work efficiency. Will further improve and perfect their functions during operation.
