The Design And Realization Of Hospital Integrated Management System

With the development of social civilization and human pace of life accelerated, for the purpose of meeting the information sharing, improving the efficiency of hospital management, data mining to guide decision-making, the network-based integrated hospital management system is the essential technical infrastructure to a modern hospital. Computer and geometric style of rapid development of communication technology makes it possible.This research aims to set up HIMS system in the small and medium-sized hospitals to provide a comprehensive information management platform which includes outpatient service, medicine, doctor workstation, nurse workstation, decision analysis, and management functions. So the research group investigated the HIMS situation of the Sixth People’s Hospital of Hangzhou and other four small-middle sized hospitals, and we got the status of HIMS of small-middle sized hospitals in Hangzhou.In a clear demand for hospital foundation,we put forward the integrated hospital management system software design overall objective, completed system design, proven design models, combined with the module design of the system and function modules. Coordinating with the design of system database,system modules’ function,the sub-module function and using PowerBuilder database application development tools and database ORACLE 9i, system interface design, coding and system functions on-line were implemented.This thesis introduces the development of integrated hospital management system in the world. And it also presents international evolution,characteristics,trends in the summary and the actual situation in China. This thesis also describes the design frame of HIMS,elaborates the entire system design,each part of the design cycle for a detailed analysis,design ideas and models for the integrated management of the hospital information system. I also describes the main functions, interface design frame and coding sentence of the modules like systems’ management, outpatient systems, hospital systems, inspection checks, human resources, operations systems,drug administration,dean query system and so on. At the end of the thesis,it also brings the improvements of the system on the results of database debugging, thus to make the system more reliable and stable work.The system had already finished and used in practice in some hospitals, and received good affection; the hospital and the patients felt great convenience after using the system, it is also very helpful in database management, especially in the function of dean-inquiring; it would count the number of leaving hospital definitely and promptly...
