With the rapid development of computer science and technology, information technology application in education must be imperative. The multimedia teaching will become main stream, and will be gradually replace the traditional mode. The network technology, the information technology and the multimedia technology will be introduced into our teaching process in order to achieve the informatization of the teaching contents, networking of teaching process, digitalization of teaching resources as well as the modernization of teaching means. The prevailing scientific technologies are combined with college teaching and serve the teaching so as to better complete the teaching tasks and improve the quality of teaching, all of which are the direction in which all universities and college urgently need to plan and build.This subject is about to design and realize a campus network center control system of multimedia according to the large demand of the teaching control of multimedia classrooms and students’ access to the network resources in Zhejiang vocational and technical college. According to the function, the system can be divided into the multimedia teaching controlling subsystem and multimedia resource management subsystem. Using the existing computer network equipment in multimedia classrooms, the multimedia teaching controlling subsystem will implement center controls such as screen broadcast, remote monitoring, screen recording and interactive communication between teacher’s machines and students’ machines; The teaching resource management subsystem will store the campus network courseware resources in the FTP server and record the teaching video resources in the special server to bring about centralization management in order that the students can visit them conveniently.This thesis focus on the function realization of screen broadcast and screen capture in teaching controlling subsystem, as well as the construction of courseware server and teaching video server in the resource management subsystem. The functions of screen broadcast and screen capture are developed in Visual C++ 6.0 integrated development environment(IDE), combining multimedia with graphics image processing technology. Courseware upload and download is achieved through the design and development of courseware resource management subsystem and video unified management of resources is achieved through online video management subsystem.
