| With the rapid expansion of port operations and scale, the current artificial or halfinformationization port management mode can’t work well with the actual situation. Besides, the scattered data which severely reduced the information sharing, can not abled to timely provide accurate and comprehensive information, which produce a huge bottleneck to the development of modern port. Now with the development of computer technology, especially of the sensing technology research in the Internet of Things, the information technology transformation of the present information management mode will be the inevitable trend of enterprise development and be the only way to optimize the group management. Internal prospectively, to establish a fully digital port business system, can provide decision-making support for the operation and management of the port enterprise, and reduce the labor costs and improve work efficiency, which in external view, can sets an example in domestic ports groups by following the international trends.Based on analysis of the ideas and characteristics of the port management information system in main domestic and foreign main ports, this thesis analyzed the domestic current digital status in main domestic ports groups. By analyzing the current problems during the informatization, it put forward the necessity and significance of the construction of port business management platform, and the reasonable solution in the informatization construction about port group business management system, taking Qinzhou port group as an example. Firstly this article analyzed main body of the port group business management system of each participation, information demand and function demand in detail. Secondly it studied business processing platform, optimized the complex business processes and obtained relatively good business model. Further it did some research on platform core modules in Microsoft Visual Studio platform built a three-tier architecture port group business management platform. Finally, according to the development process of software engineering, it designed and implemented a platform for business management module, personnel management and business statistics module, and the relational database, by adopting B/S system architecture model, ASP.NET technology and SQL SERVER 2008 technology. Moreover, it verified the stability and security.At present, the construction of the port group business management system is moving forward and running basically well. It has played a key role in the processing of the index analysis of port operations, port data access, sharing of information resources, port group’s business management and development, and showed remarkable effect in the human cost saving and port throughput increasing. |
