The e-government document processing system, through the document management and approval function, become an important part of official approval information, effectively promote the efficiency of urban management department for examination and approval of documents, plays an important role. Task using the ASP.NET technology, the design for examination and approval of the e-government document system, is studied in the SQL database system for the urban management department for examination and approval of document data, form a complete document to the approval of the digital platform.Firstly of all, according to official document examination and approval administration work of the business, the urban management department for examination and approval of the e-government document system functional requirements analysis, performance requirement analysis, data flow analysis, for the system design and implementation has been clear about the main research goal and direction. Secondly, establish the overall structure of the official document system of examination and approval, and document processing function module in detail design, system of UML model is established, including the sequence diagram, state diagram, software flow diagram, use case diagram, etc., and establish the system of database, design the e-r diagram between data and information, establish a database to store list, including the database structure, logical structure analysis and design.At the same time, the e-government document system of examination and approval of the detailed design and implementation of function module, according to the content of the overall design, detailed design includes: the document transmission module, the dispatch management module, receiving management module, the public library module, system management module module of examination and approval, roads, mining, roadway taking-up management approval module, etc., each operation function by using c# language programming, with using the object-oriented theory and UML modeling method to complete application system requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and system design. Through test and analysis of e-government document processing system, such as document data add documents, document query, delete, document processing, such as operating functions run stability, the test results of system, its performance and function index, are largely in line with the basic requirements of the system.In short, project implementation design browsing, query, add, urban management department for examination and approval of document data, and other functions, the e-government document examination and approval system, to achieve the maximum of document management requirements of specialization, centralization and scale, to promote the rapid development of the urban management department document processing business has a certain value.
