The costal defense radar integration tactical information system can implement the effective firepower and repression on the moving targets in the designated or temporary area on the sea or land, for achieving the target acquisition and track, data process and transmission, and fully automatic data process for fire correction, so as to improve the weapon system on the rapid response and command effectiveness. It will be a necessary and powerful equipment in the future coastal security.Taking the costal defense radar integration tactical information system as the study object, the paper introduce the software architecture and its realization in detail, discuss the image rending algorithm, target tracking algorithm, and electronic map drawing methods, which includes:1. The software architecture design. The costal defense radar integration tactical information system is designed by using of the mature technology proposal, modularized design and system integration methods, as well as focusing on the customer requirements. As a part of the regional integrated coastal surveillance system, the system is required to be designed with expanded interfaces, so as to connected into the probable coastal surveillance system.2. The image drawing methods. It proposes a method of fast linear interpolation preprocessing, and real time radar image drawing based on the lookup table. It means fast drawing image by the lookup table, which contains all the radar polar coordinates that corresponded to each screen coordinates, and shall be obtained by drawing these radar polar coordinates. The image drawing based on the lookup table shall prevent the "blind area" and the "dead address", and meet the requirement of displaying radar images in real time.3. The target tracking methods. It proposes a track bifurcation method that establishes one piece of main track and N pieces of vice track for each stable tracks. The main track is true and the vice tracks are of temporary. If the main track doesn’t relate the target but related with a vice track within some period, the vice track shall transformed into main track and be deleted at the same time. The method effectively solved the problem that failed track as tracks crossed and targets moved suddenly.4. The electronic map drawing methods. It introduces the data formats of the electronic map. The loading and drawing speed are improved by the regional restriction, multithreaded processing according to the layers, and the linear coordinate transformation on data and regional crop. By using of the pre-display technology, the processing time is delayed thus to call and display map more smoothly.
