With the further development of Internet technology in various fields in China, a new era of Internet of Things(IOT) is round the corner, which will fully enhance the efficiency of social economic man and financial information. The more intelligent IOT-based system upgrades the web-based system before, the more it will enhance the efficiency of the social economy’s financial information. As the core technology of IOT, RFID has begun to be widely used in our country, both industrially and commercially. IOT information technology will realize the comprehensive promotion of the enterprise management. For business-type circulation enterprises, their operating costs will be reduced significantly by virtue of a set of cash invoicing management systems and tools, thus enhancing the enterprise’s competitiveness in its industry and then earning more profit. Therefore, the invoicing system based on the core technology RFID of IOT for small and middle-sized commercial enterprises will play an important role in improving the enterprise management.This thesis firstly introduces the background and research significance of the current commercial enterprises invoicing information system. Secondly, it expounds on the various technology and theory that are needed for the information system to ensure that the related technology are required for the research in this system. Then, it continues to give a systematic analysis of the commercial enterprises invoicing system under the background of IOT era. After a thorough analysis of the character and general management deficiencies of the current commercial enterprises invoicing system as well as an analysis of every enterprise’s business process toward the commodity invoicing, the focus will be brought into the in-depth demand analysis of the information technology based on IOT. Meanwhile, it takes the feasibility into account that the current technology RFID is applied to the commercial enterprises invoicing system from three aspects of economy, technology and enterprise management. In addition, the design and development for the commercial enterprises invoicing information system will also be presented in this thesis.This thesis uses C #development language and B/S structure, and takes advantage of technology ASPNET as well as SQL2008 database to carry on the system design and development. The focus is to build a corresponding framework for technology RFID under the management of enterprises invoicing. With this idea, a framework for the reader, electronic tags, interfaces and database that are demanded for the core technology and information system will be established comprehensively. Finally, it elaborates the implementation of the developed commercial enterprises invoicing information system and gives an exposition of the system’s ultimate tests, which is designed to upgrade and improve the enterprise information system. Furthermore, it will eventually make the overall operation and management level a complete improvement and provide powerful data and information support for the high-level decision-making of the enterprise from the aspect of information system.
