With the rapid development of mobile communications, mobile communications applications are increasingly being used in various fields, using the communication system to provide access to relevant data and services has become an inevitable trend for the citizens and authorities. Today, tourism has become an important growth point of national economy, especially with the launch of the national recreation programs and a series of measures stimulating domestic demand, tourism plays an important role in economic revitalization of China. Liangshan as a national 4A level scenic tourist attractions, it attracts visitors from all over the country. However, in the peak travel period, and even some of the crowded stampede, retention events are inevitable, a traffic analysis system for implementing resort is people who are looking for. The features of the scenic area, including large area, high tourist peak, long infrastructure lines, high level of security systems, make a strong demand for information technology. Therefore, to ensure passenger safety and ease excessive pressure of scenic, the systems software for real-time monitoring of a scenic passenger is needed.Based on the above analysis, the scenic Sichuan Liangshan traffic analysis is treated as an example. To achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of passenger resorts, Liangshan scenic passenger analysis system is developed. The system is based on C language, TCP / IP protocols, and showed through FLEX. The system includes four modules: System management module, Tourists source statistics module, Scenic tourist statistics module, Hot spots heat alarm module. it mainly realizes the following functions: identity verification, dynamic query the number of visitors, tourists peak period, the management information(information browsing, information modification, information dissemination), dynamic management scenic tourists into the area after the welcome message, and after leaving the scenic prompt message, 6:00 in the morning until 23:00.This system brings great convenience to people. All kinds of updated information can be obtained by the people at different places in the scenic area. It can also greatly simplify and optimize the management of scenic spots, as well as improve the management level.
