Abstract/Summary:
The controller is the key module both the modern industry equipment and the automation instrumentation.Its performance directly determines the performance of the controlled system. The controller which has the compatible ability with multiple sensors is an important point for the current controlled system research. The controller based on multi-sensor compatible ability has a wide application prospect in the fields of industry, environmental protection, etc. In order to make the existing controller to obtain the ability of multi-sensor compatible, in thispaper,design scheme of multi-function controller based on UTI sensor interface technology is proposed to realize the multi-sensor compatible.In this paper,firstly the current research status of multi-functional controller is discussed the summary about the control principle, the control system development process and the sensor measurement theory are given. Then, the analysis about controller design scheme is completed. The technical scheme is discussed, and the design scheme of multi-function controller based on UTI interface technology is proposed finally. In this design, the ATmega48 microchip which is produced by ATMEL Corporation is adopt as the core of the controller, and the UTI03 sensor interface chip is used as the collect and input interface. In the part of program design, the summary of the usage method about WinAVR and AVR software is introduced, and in the development of System software, the module Studio software program design about I2 C bus, 485 bus, SPI interface, UTI03 interface are introduced.Now, this controller system designed in this paper has completed the experimental operation testing, and achieved the anticipated design goal basically. The works provide a technical references on how to develop a controller with the multiple sensor compatible capability.
