In the bank, credit business is a very important business which is one of the most important sources of profit for banks. First, credit business is one of the most important sources of profit for banks. The quality of the credit business has an important influence on the structure of bank assets and directly affects the quality of bank assets structure. Third credit business operation directly determines the bank’s operating performance. CMBC is no exception, the credit business is the most important source of profit for the CMBC, and CMBC is also focused on the development and expansion of business. For bank credit business, it is imperative to improve the quality and efficiency of operation of credit business, improve the accuracy of credit business.The main purpose of this research is the implementation of credit management information system for CMBC. The system can meet the demand of the management of credit business of CMBC and improve the service level. According to the thesis, firstly it analyzes the related theory of credit management information system design and development. This paper analyzes the system development model, system structure, development. The system uses the J2 EE technology platform and the Oracle database platform. Then the paper carried on the detailed demand analysis of CMBC credit management information system.It proves the feasibility of the system in economy, technology, operation and so on. This paper analyzes the system’s data flow, the use case diagram and put forward demands of Performance requirements, security requirements. This paper describes the structure, function, environment security system design and discusses the design of system data.
