With the popularity of broadband and streaming media applications, broadband streaming and Internet TV applications operating platform is great market and social value of broadband value-added services, and has been widely used in telecommunications, education, broadcasting and other fields. At the same time, the traditional high cost of pure CDN network operators, the content is a heavy burden. Emergence of P2 P streaming technology, largely reducing hardware and bandwidth costs, content operators. P2 P technology itself but because of the defect, too much emphasis on " peer to peer " data sharing and exchange mechanism, resulting in unnecessary trans-regional or even transnational " long-haul traffic storm", a waste of Internet bandwidth resources.Because of these problems, many researchers have proposed a way of using the CDN and P2 P architecture combine to provide video streaming service for users. Edge streaming media server network deployment in metropolitan and other areas, the use of P2 P technology, scalability and shared amplification reduced server hardware costs, while continuing to line the edge of the streaming media server but also to provide users with continuous and stable data management services ensure the quality of the user ’s online play. Therefore, the use of hybrid architecture design streaming media system is the ideal solution to meet the large-scale and more dispersed user groups. In the design and implementation of the system, how to deploy streaming media server in the core and edge layer CDN, CDN core node and edge node network topology and how data sharing policy data storage and distribution, P2 P layer, and intelligent CDN and P2 P how to determine and switching, etc., have important significance.The topics in-depth study of existing CDN, P2P-based streaming media technology, proposed a randomized topology based regionalization with flow characteristics and multilayer structures CDN/P2 P adaptive streaming media distribution system(CPASS), and CPASS overall system architecture model core business processes and systems were designed, then, the overall framework for content routing, load balancing, clustering services, distribution mechanisms, storage architectures, P2 P sharing content query, Qos control mechanisms, such as the core technology modules analysis and design.Finally, in the system design based on the real-time playback features for online streaming of core subsystems system were implemented in software, and in the IAAS cloud platform for system and application deployment. The results confirmed that the Internet can be in the actual network deployment reasonable to reduce long-distance traffic collapsed area; able to conveniently manage user PEER nodes and optimize the structure of the network; and better acceleration for data transmission.
