As the third generation mobile communication standard proposed by our country independently, TD-SCDMA system improve the system ansmission rate and the eapachy of the system. However, following the TD network covered by the China Mobile, many users return th use GSM network, and stay at the GSM. This phenomenon not only increase the burden of the GSM network, but also waste the network resource of the TD network, it has seriously affecthd the users’ perception. So how th increase the eciency of the TD-SCDMA network resource and how Uremove the burden of the GSM network effortlessly and smoothly is about Ube solved.This thesis thcuses the system in the Chengdu city because of the low ilization of TD network resource and the high GSM network utilization. Using code Ksource utilization th evaluate the TD network resource utilization. At the same time,the main reason that influences the TD network resource ilization of Chengdu has also be analyzed. According U enginring optimization and planning algorithm,this thesis has also proposed the desigrUo increase the TD-SCDMA network resource ilization.After talking about Ae characters and the restrain of TD-SCDMA system, chapter1 gives the conception of the network resource ilization and the way th evaluate.Then this thesis analyses the recent TD network resource utilization.Chapter 2 first introduces the algorithm of TD-SCDMA system code resource utilization by analyses the 3GPP R6 protocol frame structure, then chapter 2 discussesthe code resource occied by various busine and shows the theory and statistical method of TD-CSDMA system code resource utilization.In chapter 3, we first discuss the main reason that influences the TD-SCDMA system code resource utilization of Chengdu. From the theoretical perspective, chapter3 shows the 8 influence factor of the code resource utilization. According ththe field trip, contrast of the data of OMC network tube and road the data analysis, the chapter3 also scusses that in the environment of TD network of Chengdu, how can the 8influence factor affect the code resource utilization. The result shows that the unreasonable direction angle of antenna, unreasonable tilt of antenna, too leisure community, unreasonable switching parameter setting and neighborhood’s wrong configuration, missing configuration are the most important reason to affect the TD-SCDMA system code resource utilization of Chengdu.Chapter4 discusses how to theoretically design the TD-SCDMA network and increase the resource utilization. First, a carrier planning algorithm which will maximize the code resource utilization is shown. According to the prediction of the number of various businesses, it can configure carrier number of various businesses and maximize the code resource utilization. Second, a algorithm which can add neighborhood automatically is proposed, this algorithm can avoid the neighborhood wrong configuration missing configuration. Finally, a load balancing algorithm which is based on the code resource utilization is proposed.Conclusions of the work in the thesis are given in Chapter 5, and the research direction about the development of code resource utilization in the future communication systems is discussed as well.
