Performance appraisal is a kind of staff performance evaluation program, evaluate it mainly based on evaluation index set on employees’ work attitude, work performance, work effect. The assessment of enterprise employees, improve the appraisal system will be able to effectively improve the employee’s work attitude and satisfaction, enhance the sense of responsibility for the enterprise, improve enterprise management level for the purpose of.This thesis studies the current mainstream software development technology, the final determination of the ASP.NET development technology based on ASP.NET MVC framework, system structure, system service function is realized by C# language, Oracle database to complete the system of data management, data access and operating system based on ADO.NET technology. At the same time, this paper has conducted the research to the cloud theory, cloud model was introduced to solve the knowledge in the process of evaluation of uncertainty that transfer and uncertainty, great retained the fuzziness and randomness inherent in the whole evaluation process, make up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of uncertainty expression of the problem of incomplete.This thesis describes in detail the design of enterprise performance appraisal management system implementation process, the system is developed based on ASP.NET MVC framework. Combined with some deficiencies of the current enterprise performance appraisal management, the demand of the system is analyzed, and based on the requirement of the system design and implementation of enterprise performance management system, cloud theory model introduced in the process of performance assessment in the evaluation process to solve the price uncertainty in assessment. Enterprise performance management system mainly realizes user management, plan management, comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive query, report form system, message board, system settings such as the system function module. System uses the MVC frame structure, system data management to realize Oracle database system front-end display using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technology development, back-end functions of the system with object oriented C# language realization, system implementation and operation system to access the data source to the ADO.NET component.This system in the design of fully considering the system flexibility and applicability, through the establishment of a standardized performance appraisal system, make the staff performance appraisal more accurate evaluation results more intuitive analysis. The system provides a dynamic set up assessment indexes of function, the enterprise can make the assessment of the items according to their actual situation and content, improve the appraisal index management flexibility, will effectively reduce the enterprise assessment work and improve the efficiency of management, at the same time the system and relevant rules set out by the assessment and evaluation of staff performance and not subject to the influence of subjective factors, make the evaluation results more objective and fair.
