Development the purpos e of this system is to adopt rul es examinati on and eva luation mechanis m, underwriting link t hrough the rule configuration to quickly respond to mar ket changes, so as to improve the cont rol ability of the company.The purpose of this t hesis mainly study is based on the ne eds of the development of automobil e insurance business.Usi ng B/S 3-tier a rchitect ure,Java,J2 EE and da tabase technology, e stablish a complete set of r ules examination and evaluat ion mechanism,Solve t he eva luat ion process i s not standardized and can not be det ermined with precis ion auto insurance r ate s, auto insuranc e premiums to policyholders reflects the principles of fairness and rea sonableness, to achieve business objectives and improve the insurance auto insurance poli cyholder satisfaction.Solve the pr oblems of the bus iness department highly dependent on the IT department, the insurance company can quickly adapt to market changes, busi ness development rapidly respond to market cha nges, impr ove the i nsurance company’s ability to qui ckly respond to market cha nges,improve the c ompany’s core competitiveness.First of all, through analyze pr oject background 、 research objectives and s ignificance 、 domestic a nd foreign development present situation, point out in an increasingly competit ive global strategic deve lopment environment, insura nce compny construc t aut omobile assurance r ewards and punishment s ystem is the i nevitable trend of future development.Then,under the basis of determi ne system bus iness process requir ements and s ystem technical architecture, this article has carrie d on the over all design 、 database de sign 、 functional design for automobile as surance rewards and punishment system.Afterwards, the system on the basis of J2 EE pl atform, B/S multi-layered Web architecture, open source technology framework of Spring,St ruts,Hi bernate. In the the detailed design and impl ement process, Eclipse, Tomcat and SQL Server 2008 have bee n used as the development tool s. The li ghtweight ORM framework Hi bernate open s ource te chnology and DAO De sign Pattern have been used i n persistence layer. Spri ng with t he IOC and AOP technology has bee n used in pe rsistence layer and BusinessLogi c la yer for management of objects and supply services for web-based applicati ons s uch as transac tion management. In presentation layer, the emerging J2 EE fr amework Struts has been us ed t o achieve a high efficient and flexible development of the web client.Finally, implement testing and evaluation for the system’s function 、 business process、pe r formance, find out the defects of system and fix bugs. Give asumma riz ati on of the system and a nalysis the deficiency of the syst em, propose how to improve the s ystem, ma ke clear how to gradually improve the functi ons of the system. Poi nt out the direction for the development of the next step, ensur e that the software system can be well used in the a uto insurance business in the management of reward and punishment.
