With the rapid development of information technology and the expanding size of the grid,the original work method which with the artificial management and telephone communications as the main way is increasingly unable to adapt to the current business environment.Currently,the power grid dispatching automation system has become an important way to the daily management of the power company,which using the distributed network communication technology and computer software technology as the core technology.Power grid dispatching automation system has a great significance for the safe and stable operation of the power infrastructure,which could work on the substation automation system for remote management,and could provide a more detailed grid operation and substations run real-time data for all levels of power system dispatch center.So dispatching automation system is an important future trend in the grid scheduling work.In this thesis,the power grid dispatching automation software system State Grid Electric Power Company in Sichuan Province organized and developed is studied,and the automatic scheduling technology RMON network operation and grid operation status are also studied in this thesis.Firstly,the related technologies used in the system development process were analyzed,including network application model and ASP.NET script technology,C# development technology,database development technology.Secondly,from the current business environment,the needs of the system is studied and to get the system needs to implement functions,which including data collection,grid scheduling,report management and data management,and other aspects of the system itself,while the system's performance requirements and software requirements standards are also introduced.Thirdly,according to the functional requirements of the system,the system design work is introduced,and given the system's overall architecture design and function design,research and design work of the core modules of the system,given the system functional modules logical process design,and with the analysis of the back-end database design of the system,the logical and physical design of background database system is introduced,too.At the mean time,the functional realization research work of the development process is also introduced in detail as the follow.Finally,the function of the system to achieve is researched based on the design work of the system,and introduces the implementation and operation of the logical flow of each functional module interface system,and part of the core function code are also introduced in this thesis.The system uses the C/S architecture as the network mode,and uses the.NET platform as the develop technology platform,and uses the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database system as the back-end database system.From the deployment of the system in Sichuan county grid,the system has reached the predetermined target proposed in the demand analysis work,and has a positive significance in promoting for improving the quality and efficiency of the work in the power grid dispatching.
