With the rapid development of Internet applications, the normal operation of the network system brings a series of problems, the most prominent is the amount of traffic caused by the network congestion. At the same time, the service provided by the Internet increasingly becomes diverse and complex, intelligent network traffic control is becoming more and more important. However, Internet has evolved into a complex mass of information systems. There are still a lot of problems to be solved. Because of its complexity, the network traffic can not be solved as easily as the other control systems.Network traffic is the most direct carrier networks business, it can directly reflect the quality of network performance. The ideal state of the network should be able to carry any unexpected traffic until it exceeds the maximum throughput of the network. If the flow exceeds the load capacity of the network, the network performance will lead to a serious decline. Scheduling problem of network traffic will directly affect the network performance, the local network burst can easily lead to a decline in overall performance, and different networks of different service flows of resources occupied, will lead to the phenomenon that little application flows consume much network bandwidth, seriously affecting the utilization of network resources. Therefore, a reasonable flow control strategy is particularly important, we want to solve the congestion problem which is not just solve how to respond in a timely manner, it is more important to develop a reasonable control strategy to avoid the occurrence of congestion and maximize the use of resources. Effective management and control of the specific business flow will has a very direct sense to improve network performance.The network traffic management system of enterprise is a newly developed product for the network security management, which is mainly used in the mornitoring and checking and analysis of the backbone network. The collecting management subsystem in this system is the foundation of all the subsystms except realizing its own function. This subsystem mainly realizes the management including the router and its group, the collector, the autonomous territory, the address list and the network equipment and the network data information collection in its group, and the data collected can output report form, and so on. In addition, through collecting network data stram and analysis it can help the network administrator get the accurate information of network data traffic. So this system can find the anomalies in the network, and collect the existing abnormal characters, and take corresponding measures to filter and make effect of isolation and defence.Enterprise network traffic management system is r&d collection management. The J2 EE framework integrates more mature software technology of the modern network. The software adopts DBCP and dbutils, and Tomcat as the web container at the same time, the Eclipse as a medium. The Oracle database is the most important for the stability and insurance.
