Today, in the economic development, people have a new understanding with the idea of consumption, for mobile phone purchase behavior, it is no longer a single price to buy, or buy product recognition, more is the purchase for the services of mobile phone product, it becomes a new type of market competition factors, in this factor, most of the mobile phone sales enterprises lie in the imperfection of the record, in the service charge is not transparent, service is not enough refinement, thus caused the loss of service on major issues, it should be said that the problem has become the sales companies, mainly domestic enterprises the main drawback of customer service. However, with rapid development of Tianjin Samsung communication technology co., LTD., is still the same exist in customer service management of the above problems, based on Samsung communication needs of users, in order to solve the user in the Samsung mobile phone customer service problems and difficulties, and improve enterprise’s own brand image and consumer satisfaction, design and implementation of a Samsung mobile CRM system of great significance.This system aims to reflect the service function, simplify the service process, improve the mobile phone customers pre-sale consultation and after-sale service work efficiency, in line with the service for Samsung mobile phone sales department to solve business problems in the process of thought, this topic research and implements a set of relatively perfect Samsung mobile CRM system, the system on the functional architecture implements the complete information management, online stores, maintenance records management, customer management, customer management and message management system user management, and other important business function modules, and through the above the realization of the function architecture, on the one hand, complete the traditional mobile phone sales customer service adopted all electronic process management, on the other hand also makes the whole service process more refined, more complete.In this thesis, we study build Samsung mobile CRM system in B/S model development pattern choice, consider database on the run to deploy application Server selected Windows Server 2005, use Tomcat6.0 WEB Server. The system architecture design USES the Struts2 framework, technology, development language in Java language, SQL Server 2008 is used in the backend database management system. Through the technical route of the implementation of the system is implemented finally, the implementation of the system successfully solves the original Samsung mobile phone customer service management and service problems that exist in the business process, not only can effectively enhance the efficiency of customer service quality and service, also improve the efficiency of the relevant staff. In addition, the promotion enterprise’s sales quota and the relevant decisions of the enterprise also has played a significant.
