Design And Implementation Of Tianjin Radio & Tv University Open Education Teaching Support Service System

With the rapid development of information technology, Open education, which is autonomous, open, remote, is more and more important in the educational system, especially lifelong education system. However, data of the educational services support system is increasingly large with the increasing number of students and teachers. How will the system process kinds of information to effective storage, query, manage and maintain are increasingly complex. It is an urgent task for open universities to guarantee the quality and efficiency of modern education by using information technologies such as modern computer network and database system.Through detailed research in educational services support system status and related technologies at home and abroad, this thesis analyzes the existing problems of the traditional education in open universities. Take the Educational Services Support System of Tianjin Open University(ESSTJOU) as an example, considering education and teaching management, basic information management, online communication, online testing and other functional requirements, this thesis studies the economic feasibility, the technical feasibility, the operational feasibility and the time feasibility of the system. After designing teaching management module, online communication module, online test module and main databases of the educational services support system, we finally realizes the open education teaching management subsystem, on-line communication subsystem and on-line testing system in this thesis.The new Educational Services Support System of Tianjin Open University combines the teaching, learning, management and testing as a whole, which will certainly realize the modern teaching and management in long-distance education.With the long period of development and test, the management subsystem of educational information, the online communication subsystem and the online test subsystem, which need to be developed in this work, have met the requests. The Educational Services Support System Of Tianjin Open University improved the quality of educational job hugely.
