In recent years, whether it is integrated optical waveguide electro-optic modulator theoretical design level or the level of production process, have made considerable progress, which greatly promoted the development and application of integrated optical waveguide electric field sensor.However, existing electromagnetic measuring systems often use active metal probe, which will not only interfere with the measured electromagnetic field, but also the measuring signal is subjected to electromagnetic interference noise, resulting in a correct result cannot be measured. As the integrated optical waveguide electric field sensor output signal contains a variety of noise and measurement error, if you want to make further analysis and study of the target signal based on the measured signal, the signal needs to be made further noise reduction processing.To solve the above problems, the wavelet transform denoising as the main object of study in this article. For a particular lightning wave signal, DSP-based signal processing software and hardware is designed. Depth analysis of the principle of wavelet transform, this article researches and improves existing wavelet algorithm, builds simulation model and finalizes the lightning wave signal de-noising signal processing experiments. The main contents of this article include:(1)Using MATLAB simulation platform to complete simulation, this article analyzes the impact on noise reduction effect by the use of different wavelet basis function, different decomposition level and different mode of action threshold. Using different values corresponding coefficient will get different treatment effect, users should make the appropriate selection according to the specific characteristics of the signal to be processed.(2)In the MATLAB simulation platform, the simulation is mainly used to verify the feasibility of the wavelet transform denoising algorithm and observe the simulation results of signal processing. Because DSP matching software CCS using the C language programming, the idea of this algorithm should be converted into a C program design process and then we try to write C language program to complete the noise reduction processing.(3)Before using TI chips produced TMS320VC5509 A, we need to configure the corresponding module. By viewing the corresponding data sheets and reading the registers configuration instructions, we configure it correctly.The signal processing is a very comprehensive concept, there are certain processing and norms, but in the practical process, we often need to select a different approach based on a specific signal to get the best processing results. Different signals have different characteristics, there is not a specific type suitable for all signal processing method. In this article, the wavelet transform is a DSP-based signal processing algorithms aimed high pulsed electric field(HPEF) lightning wave signal, and finally it makes noise lightning wave signal to obtain better signal noise reduction.
