Since the 20th century, already information capacity and transmission bit-rate have not contented our need because information technology is developed quickly. For developing transmission bit-rate.and carrier wave density in information, informational carrier must develop from electric to light. So as result of prompt development in optic communication technology, optic wave-guide sensor is developed promptly. Now mature device have been already used widely in the internationality. In this subject, we make research about Mach-Zehnder interferometer with no electrodes for sensing electric fields. The basic content about this sensor research include mainly the Fundamental Theory, above all refractive index change produced by the linear electro-optic effect; sensor design and sensors facture; test and modulation about the sensor.According to the optic wave-guide theory, the basic theory research is analysis about change of refractive index and electro-optic tensor in normal LiNbOs and reverse-poled LiNbOj. While the electric field is added around the sensor, refractive index change imbalance in normal LiNbO,-) and reverse-poled LiNbOa result in electro-optic effect. On the basis of the optic wave-guide theory, we design optic wave-guide length and width, and evaluate depth and width of Titanium Diffuse. According to these data, we make sensor's layout pattern. Subsequently we enact the making processor about sensor, and analyze Titanium Diffuse and Proton Exchange. We test dissipation and half wave voltage about sensor, analyze D.C. and A.C character of sensor. The research of the sensor is not only significant for refractive index in reversed poled waveguide, but offer possibility for reality of high-frequency wireless communication.
