With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of internet, people can obtain plenty of messages in different fields by means of easy operation and good interaction. Every enterprise needs their own information-publishing management system for the browsers to get the latest information about the enterprise.After the integration of information, enterprises of the same kind can release and maintain the relevant information through such a platform as information-publishing system of portal level. Therefore the core competitiveness has got imroved and the cost for system development and maintenance is reduced.In combination with the analysis and research on the practical requirements of Weifang Bureau of Agricultural Machinery, I design an information-publishing system for agricultural machinery based on the trilayer B/S models of.NET. The system is able to perform such functions as management of products, articles,advertisements, enterprises, supply and demand, regions, videos, two-way response, reception and sending of messages etc..Based on the latest ASP.NET dynamic website making technology, it uses Visual Studio.NET2008 as a platform and SQL Server2000 as background database, accessing data through ADO.NET technology and program.The thesis includes the following contents:theory, analysis approaches and design principles of the Web technology are studied with a systematical introduction to the technology needed to develop the information-publishing and management system based on B/S model. The advantages of.NET technology are described in detail. Meanwhile,the thesis makes a deep analysis on the advantages of the trilayer structure system.The demands of the information-publishing system are analyzed from the users’perspective and elementary functions that system means to achieve are presented. According to the OOP design principles, several sections are described and analyzed including demand analysis, database design, module design and system design.
